Our company currently has permanent engineers only in West Africa who can assist with installation guidance in most African regions. For other regions, arrangements can be made depending on the specific circumstances. Depending on the installation area, you would need to pay for the supervisor's round-trip flight ticket, inland travel expenses, work permits, accommodation, meals, and other expenses. Considering cost factors, we can provide necessary installation documents, installation reference videos, product layout diagrams, and related installation instructions. We are always available to assist with any installation issues that arise after purchase.
Our porta cabin is a modular system with an easy-to-understand installation design. A standard porta cabin can be completed by 3-4 skilled workers within 3 hours. Inexperienced workers may take twice as long to complete the installation. We provide a one-year warranty period after delivery, as well as long-term product maintenance guidance. If there are any quality issues with the porta cabin, we will assist in resolving them and oversee a successful installation.
As a modular temporary building structure, PORTA CABIN is designed for easy transportation. Generally, we have two product sizes: Type A: 5950*2435*2896MM and Type B: 6055*2990*2896MM.
For Type A products, there are two quality grades. The high-end product has a standard wall thickness of 75mm, and the mid-range product has a standard wall thickness of 50mm. Please refer to our company's product description for the difference in related products. Of course, we can customize the material and wall thickness requirements to meet your specific needs. Type A products can be transported by a 40-foot high shipping container, with 8 standard 50mm wall thickness units or 6 standard 75mm wall thickness units per container.
The same applies to Type B products, but they must be flat-packed and meet shipping packaging requirements. They must be shipped by cargo ship.
On-time delivery
The production and delivery speed of Porta Cabin is very fast. We have three large production workshops, with a maximum daily production capacity of 200 units. We also always have around 800 units in additional inventory to meet emergency needs. If you require customized production or additional kitchen or bathroom equipment or have other special requests, our delivery time may be adjusted. Generally, we can fulfill delivery conditions within 15 days of receiving the prepayment.

Step 1: Understand the product structure. The main structure of the PORTA CABIN is stable. Safety is the primary consideration for large-scale camp construction. Portable cabins can be stacked up to 3 floors, and the density of the bottom frame determines the load-bearing capacity and overall safety of the floors.
Make sure the porta cabin has a good drainage system. The drainage system of the cabin door is very important. If you didn't consider this when you bought it, then it will become your headache during heavy rain. A good mobile building should be resistant to wind and rain and have strong resistance to natural disasters.
Step 2: Provide local climate data, such as the maximum and minimum wind speed, highest and lowest temperatures, maximum snow load, whether the product construction site is coastal, and whether it is in a high-salt area. Consider the chemical corrosion factors in the surroundings.
Step 3: Based on our standard size, can you provide an approximate housing design sketch or existing design drawings, a specific floor plan layout, related water supply and drainage systems, electrical system requirements, and the country's standard for sockets?
